At Packwoods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide premium cannabis products with unmatched quality, but due to the nature of our products and compliance with state regulations, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully.

Due to the legal classification of cannabis and cannabis-related products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll verify the error and provide a return label if necessary. Once we receive the incorrect item unused and unopened, weโ€™ll ship the correct product or issue a credit.

โŒ No Refunds for Opened or Used Products

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Opened pre-rolls or blunts

  • Used vape cartridges or disposables

  • Packwoods merchandise worn or used

  • Clearance or sale items

๐Ÿ•˜ Claim Timeframes

  • All refund or replacement requests must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

To protect our business and customers, chargebacks made without first contacting us will be flagged and may result in account termination and reporting to payment processors.
