• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

📦 Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

• Check with your local carrier office first

• Allow 24–48 hours after “delivered” status for final delivery

❌ Incorrect Addresses / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
